Education
We work across the education sector in schools, colleges and universities. This image above shows the refurbished University of Reading Library where structural assessment and strengthening works were required to create the new entrance atruim.
Conservation
We work broadly in the conservation sector on ruins, castles, churches, National Trust and private properties. This image above shows the conservation of the partially collasped Manor Farm Chapel, saving rare medieval graffiti.
Art
We are experienced in the design of art galleries and temporary art installations. This image above shows a gallery space in the RIBA award winning Wilson Art Gallery, with high quality exposed aggregate fair faced concrete.
Commercial and Residential
Our extensive commercial and residential experience includes structural assessments of existing buildings and justification for vertical extensions, assessment of cladding defects and advising on Higher Risk Buildings.
Domestic
From the removal of a single wall to the design of extensions and large new build houses, we find great solutions to clients aspirations. We offer reports for barn conversions, property purchases and expert witness services.
Commercial Offices
With extensive experience of office construction, we provide economic structural design with specialist vibration & BIM modeling. The image above shows the BIM model for a new office in Weston Gateway business park.
Temporary works
We provide intelligent design in unusual circumstances such as this project in University of Southampton clean rooms. Strengthening of the raised access floor was designed to allow the installation of an Electron Beam Lithography System on air skates.
Industrial & Energy
We provide structural design solutions for new build industrial facilities, alterations in existing facilities and structural assessment for defects. We support the development of electrical infrastructure and solar farms.
Social housing
We have undertaken a wide range of projects in the social housing sector. We have supported Exeter City Council's decarbonsiation project with assessments of housing and apartments.
